Peanut Butter Ice Cream

This is such an easy recipe your kids can make it with little to no help from you! It's just a few ingredients and it's so delicious! It’s a must try if you are a peanut butter lover like me!

Ingredients:

3/4 C smooth peanut butter

3/4 c plus 2 tbsp sugar

2 2/3 half-and-half

pinch of salt

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1.Add all the ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend until completely incorporated and smooth.

2. Chill mixture in the refrigerator over night.

3. add the mixture to ice cream machine and freeze according your ice cream makers manufacturing instructions. eat immediately as soft serve or put it in the freeze to continue to harden

4. store in airtight container in freezer

Notes: for storing I like to use an airtight container and Tovolo makes great ice cream containers
